Mo was on the sloping porch roof helping install a new bathroom window. Chris was in the bathroom with me. Mo very quietly said through the open window " Miles is up here next to me" . Miles was 2 yrs old!! I dashed downstairs and up the ladder quietly so as not to startle him. In the meantime Mo had calmly distracted him by chatting away as if this was a perfectly normal situation. After I got him down we were able to laugh but Mo's complete calm is what saved the day. It didn't stop Miles from climbing though as he would still go over the short diving fence to visit Uncle Mo whenever he could see him in the garden. Mo was a wonderful neighbor  ( along with Pat) who became a great friend through some very hard times and even though we have been in different countries for the past thirty years. You were absolutely lovely and I was lucky to know you. So many fun memories.
